Two of our students take first place!
A couple of our Sherwood people attended a local wrasslin’ event in Hillsboro the other day. We’ve got quite a program in Mixed Martial Arts–the newest martial arts rage in America–with two great instructors, Woody Little, a Brazilian stylest from the Straight Blast gym in Beaverton and Todd Swift, a Greco-Roman guy from our own studio in Sherwood and athletics director at a Christian school in Newberg.
Kenpo instructor Greg Walker and his brother took first and second in their division and Ian Garretson a first in his division as well.
